This is a roll measuring 414 x 53 cm. It was executed between 1275 and 1300. It belonged to St, Mary's York. It begins with twenty medallions illustrating the Trojan war, with some imaginary coats of arms. Then some 220 'portraits' of kings and sub-kings with some heraldic arms.
